Simply Kefir Grains "Le Champagne Lacté"

Kefir has been used throughout the ages for its gut health benefits.  Known to be one of the most potent and pure forms of probiotics, Kefir contains an abundance of gut-friendly bacteria strains that when consumed, can support digestive health.

Kefir is a form of fermented food or drink, with a tangy or sour flavor, similar to yogurt.  Kefir can be a milk- or water- based, depending on the Kefir grain culture.  Our Simply Kefir Grains are a water-based Kefir starter grains that are dehydrated for easy reactivation to make you own pure probiotic.  Our Simply Kefir Grains are dairy-free, lactose-free, and vegan-friendly.

Instructions to reactivate your Simply Kefir Grains are included, allowing you to harvest them with love for up to 30 uses, to make Le Champagne Lacté!  You can typically make up to 600ml of kefir drinks or yogurts with each batch for up to 30 times.  Le Champagne Lacté has a creamy texture, and can be used in smoothies, parfaits, etc.  Do not use plant-based milks with GUMS or ADDITIVES as it will affect the texture.

Please note that when starting to use Simply Kefir Grains, it may cause some discomfort as your body adjusts.  It is common to experience some bloating, constipation or intestinal cramping.  As your gut flora rebalances, these side effects should go away.
